what up Wednesday

Hope y'all are having a great start to your Wednesday.
I've got a list of things to do...all to do with my business.
And obviously I'm procrastinating.
My eyes are glazed over from the words "restructure" blah blah blah.
I know its stuff that needs to be done but ugh.
So instead let's take twenty to talk about some cool things I've found recently...

Number one...
who knew you could buy plants and flowers on Amazon?
Anyone?
Yep.
Me either.

I love orchids.
They just don't love me back.
I won't tell you how many I've bought over the past few years that have not survived.
#embarrassing
I'm on the hunt for a few simple single realistic faux ones
but this one from amazon is talking to me.

I recently installed some cute faux succulents in a clients living room
but here's the real deal...

FYI...Cathy from Renovate Houston has this great blog post about caring for your succulents.
Maybe I should try these instead of orchids.
Ha!
Poke around amazon and see what you can find.
They have a lot of cool plants and flowers.
Let me know if you find something you like.

While I haven't purchased a plant from amazon I did just buy one of these...

Yeah.
It's not for food but for your feet.
I'm not even kidding.
File this under "go big or stay home"...this is for pedicures.
I got a professional pedicure done recently and they used one of these.
I was slightly afraid when she pulled it out to use it
then I immediately got on my phone and ordered one from amazon.
Because obviously you can find anything on amazon.
You watch...rumor has it they're getting in on the furniture business.
I could be wrong but they're amazon after all...I'm betting on them.
If its true then I predict it will change the game in the design world in my humble opinion.

Ok y'all.
I wish I had more time but that's all I got...
hope you have a wonderful Wednesday!
No matter what you're doing, make it great!

  1. I don't understand while I can't declare Amazon a dependent on my income tax, most of my money goes to support them.

  2. Of all the things I've bought on Amazon, I have never bought a plant. I'll have to look into that! Thanks for the heads up, lady!
